CertaPro Painters of Portland is a locally owned franchise business that was started in 2016. We complete interior and exterior residential and commercial painting throughout Oregon and SW Washington. We pride ourselves on being a great employer and a customer driven quality painting company. We work hard but we try to enjoy our work life as much as possible in the process.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES ASSOCIATE:
· Meet with clients that have approached us asking for help with their paint project
· Listen to customer’s needs and consult them on appropriate painting solutions
· Provide proposals on the spot
· Follow up regularly with unlanded jobs
· Land work and submit all related information to production team for scheduling
· Kick off the beginning of each project with the paint crew and the client
· Maintain client relationship throughout the project and any follow ups needed
· Thank the customer for their referrals
· Develop relationships with realtors and other referral sources
MUST HAVES:
· Valid drivers license
· Self-motivation and ability to work efficiently without direction
· A gregarious personality
· Not afraid to confront challenges head on
· Getting stuck in traffic doesn’t phase you
· A great eye for detail
· Ability to give and take feedback professionally
· Roll with the punches
IT WOULD BE NICE….BUT NOT REQUIRED
· A basic knowledge of paint and/or painting
· Construction experience
